We have been sharing key case studies on How Artificial Intelligence can add value in PMR at global conferences. Recently our team presented at PMRC in Newark, NJ, USA and at the EphMRA Meeting in Basel, Switzerland.
Adelphi Research has developed two specific case studies on How chatbots have been used in HCP surveys to better derive pathways to prescriptions and How predictive analytics have been used to reduce survey burden in trackers.
Our first case study focused on programming a chatbot, what is Natural Language Processing and the outcome of using AI including decision drivers and the path to prescription. Our second case study tackled survey optimisation, looking at some of the key issues with traditional surveys and how Neural Networks are leveraged to predict scores for select attributes.
Our in-house data scientist Dr. Tom Gardner was pivotal in developing the methods shared and he has also published several papers on Machine Leaning.
